Overview

This is an app that associates with the FLAG Network cluster by transferring its transactions along with one or more instructions. Then, the FLAG Network runtime relinquishes those instructions to programs that are previously implemented by app developers. For example, Lamport's can be transferred from one account to another, or an interactive contract that controls and monitors how Lamport's will be transferred can be generated through the process in which instruction might direct a program to do such things. Sequentially and atomically, instructions will be fulfilled for each transaction. If there is an invalid instruction, all the changes in the account during that transaction will also be dismissed
